The PAnaesthesia conference in Brisbane is an established forum for delivering the latest updates in Anaesthesia and Perioperative Medicine in Queensland.
Please join us this year as we extend an invitation to our pharmacy colleagues to be a part of this exciting Perioperative Medicine program on Sunday, October 27.
During this one-day pharmacy program, pharmacists will have the opportunity to expand their knowledge in the area of Perioperative Medicine, with a focus on preadmission clinic and considerations when older persons or people with diabetes need surgery.
There will then be some small group case discussions (great for some Group 2 CPD!).
Following lunch, join us for our inaugural Perioperative Pharmacy Workshop, where we will aim to explore different models of preadmission clinic pharmacy services and discuss considerations for pharmacists when making plans for preoperative medication management.
